2. Definitions
Service Provider — HOMFORTUS STANISLAV PICHURIN. Website — the website available at homfortus.com. User — any person using the Website. Electronic Service — a service provided electronically by the Service Provider via the Website.
3. Services Provided
The website provides the following electronic services free of charge: browsing real estate listings in Wrocław and surrounding areas, using the contact form to submit inquiries about properties, and viewing property locations on an interactive map. The website serves as an information platform and is not a party to any real estate transactions.
4. Technical Requirements
To use the website you need: an internet connection, a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript enabled.
5. Terms of Agreement
The service agreement for browsing content begins when you access the website and ends when you leave. The service agreement for the contact form begins when you submit the form and ends when we respond to your inquiry. You may discontinue use of the services at any time by leaving the website. Users must not provide content of an unlawful nature.
6. Liability
Real estate listings are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect current availability or pricing. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete or up-to-date. Final terms of any transaction are agreed directly between the parties. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content of listings posted by third parties.
7. Complaints
Complaints regarding the electronic services may be submitted by phone (+48 796 746 474), e-mail (contact@homfortus.com), or through the contact form. A complaint should include a description of the issue. We will respond within 14 days of receipt.
8. Personal Data

9. Intellectual Property and Prohibition of Scraping
All rights to the Service, including its structure, code, databases, and graphic layout, belong to the Service Provider and are legally protected. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, or automated downloading of data from the Service (so-called web scraping, data crawling) using bots, scripts, or other tools without the explicit prior written consent of the Service Provider.
10. No Cookies Policy
The Service does not use cookies or any similar tracking technologies. No data is stored on the user's device for tracking or profiling purposes. The only exception is the temporary storage of language preferences in the browser's local storage, which does not constitute a cookie and is not transmitted to any server.

These Terms are governed by Polish law. We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Users will be informed of significant changes through publication of an updated version on this page. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the relevant provisions of Polish law, including the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002 and the Civil Code.
